Quadruple Filtration System
Pet water fountain filters are composed of a separate pre-filter sponge and a triple filtration food grade cat fountain filter. Besides the pre-filter sponge to pretect the pump and filter impurities, PP cotton catch cats hair and debris, the ion exchange resin layer soften the tap water, the carbon layer remove bad taste. The cat fountain filter can effectively maintain water quality by the multiple filtrations to provide healthy and hygienic water to pets.

New Upgrade & More Sufficient Materials
This cat water fountain filters are made of food grade, more safer, sufficient material, and each separate piece is tightly sealed inside with the sturdy superior PP cotton layer, won't penetrate through the pp cotton, no carbon particles evident in water. Natural larger particulate coconut shell activated carbon and ion exchange resin are filled more sufficiently than the old, which achieve stronger purification performance and extend the use time.

Period & How to Use
To prevent the activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from shedding into water, please soak the HAPUP cat fountain filters in normal temperature water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under under running water before use. It's strongly recommended to replace the filter every 2-6 weeks to ensure a clean water source! Flush the filter with water every time you change the water. Install tips:please keep the convex surface downward, and the flat side upward.

What is the time frame for returns?

Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is faulty!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?

Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

*** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned item.
